Returns Policy

  • Please allow 10 working days for your order to be made once your payment clears and your measurements are provided. For custom designed jewellery please allow 15 working days.
  • If you wish to use non standard colours please allow an additional 5 working days for stock to be obtained.
  • All packages are sent by courier.  Please note there is a surcharge for rural delivery couriers. Couriers will generally be delivered overnight.
  • Your jewellery will be inside a lovely gift box or organza gift bag and well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap for protection. When you receive it, please be very careful opening it, especially if you are using scissors.
  • International shipping is $30 to Australia (tracked) and $50 'rest of the world'. Please allow up to 6 working days to Australia and 10 working days for the rest of world.
  • We take no responsibility for any items that go missing in international transit. 
  • We offer a 100% money back guarantee that pertains to  the quality of your jewellery.
  • If you are not happy with the quality of your jewellery once you receive it, you may return it for a full refund. This doesn't include situations where you have changed your mind. 
  • This must be before your wedding date, and you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving your jewellery. 
  • For all refunds, the jewellery must be returned unworn and in its original condition. Any items showing signs of wear or alterations, cannot be accepted.
  • You may be asked to email a photo through before returning the jewellery.
  • Once it has been received and inspected the refund will be processed by online banking.
  • We recommend that you send your return parcel by track and trace post, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are returned later than 14 days after purchase.
  • Refunds will not include shipping unless Gorgeous Jewellery Ltd is at fault.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot exchange jewellery if you have just changed your mind. All necklaces and bracelets are custom made to fit you and this means we may not be able to resell it. 
Faulty Jewellery
  • If there is a genuine fault with any item we will repair or replace it free of charge.
  • Please note, this does not include bent necklace wire. Please read our Jewellery Care page for information about looking after your jewellery and how to take care of tiger tail items. 
Lay By Terms
  • Available upon request of orders of $200 or more.
  • Minimum deposit of 20% upfront which is non refundable if the agreement is cancelled.
  • 12 weeks to pay.
  • Please set up a weekly AP once you have completed your order.
  • Failure to make weekly payments may result in your Lay By being cancelled.
  • Please contact to arrange a Lay By Agreement.
