Delivery and Shipping
- All parcels in New Zealand are sent by courier. A standard courier is $4, signature required couriers are $5 and rural delivery couriers carry a surcharge making them $7.50 (non signature).
- Free shipping in NZ on all orders of $100 or more (full priced items).
- International shipping is $30 for tracked post to Australia and $50 for 'the rest of the world'. Please allow 6 working days for your parcel to arrive in Australia and up to 10 working days for the rest of the world.
- Please note parcels sent internationally are not insured and not tracked. We take no responsibility for any items that go missing in international transit.
- Your order will be ready for delivery within 10 working days once your payment clears.
Money Back Guarantee
- We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and if you are not happy with the quality you may return it new and unworn for a full 100% refund. This does not include situations where you have just changed your mind.
- Payment is by debit/credit card with Paypal or online banking into the Gorgeous Jewellery Ltd bank account. .
- Order numbers and account information will be provided as part of the checking out process
- You will receive email confirmation of your order and payment.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we cannot exchange jewellery if you have just changed your mind so please choose carefully.
- If there is a genuine fault with any item we will repair or replace it free of charge. This does not include bent necklace wire.
- Please make contact within 3 working days.
- You may be asked to email a photo through before returning the jewellery.
- Once it has been received and inspected the refund will be processed by online banking.
- We recommend that you send your return parcel by track and trace post, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are returned later than 14 days after purchase.
Lay By Terms
- Available upon request on orders of $200 or more.
- Minimum deposit of 20% upfront which is non refundable if the agreement is cancelled.
- Full payment within 12 weeks.
- Please set up a weekly AP with your bank once you've completed your order.
- Failure to make weekly payments may result in your Lay By being cancelled.
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a Lay By Agreement.
